I think we can all agree the V10s sounded the best/craziest. I really like the V8s too and I was worried that the new engines would sound weak, but I really like the growl of the V6 plus the crazy turbo noises.

V12/V10/V8 they all sound good, V12/V10 sounded best imho.
I'm not saying the new V6s are bad sounding. They just don't sound like an F1 car should. This is more of a rally type noise imho.

Well maybe it will turn out like it did in the 80's and they'll ban them after two years. Honestly it's more important that the racing improves, hopefully a fresh start will help that.

A lot of restrictions apply now. What happened in the 80s was crazy because it was new, and there were no rules.
Sometimes i can't help but wonder what would happen if they just told everyone no rules. Do whatever you want, however you want. There are no rules. Just make the fastest thing you can come up with. That's what made F1 so amazing in the old days. It would be totally insane if it happened today. Insane, and so amazing.

That's exactly what happened here:
Couldn't work today. It would be way too fast for a human to reliably not crash. People would die. Fun to think about and it's super cool GT did it.
